From Airbnb and Apple to Lucasfilm, I’ve spent 25 years leading talent in companies that have creative disruption in their DNA.
My motivation
I’m driven by the conviction that the world of work is in desperate need of reinvention, and that performance and humanity should work hand-in-hand. I love to disrupt, catalyze, and reinvent organizations for the betterment of all.
My superpowers
I ask great questions. I listen deeply. I synthesize and reflect what I’m hearing. I’ve been told I have mastered the art of both caring and nurturing, while also telling it like it really is. Nothing makes me happier than working with others to get great things done.
